Available from February 13–15, the menu begins with Toro & Ikura Monaka and Aburi Sashimi, followed by a curated selection of Sushi. The experience continues with a refined Surf-and-Turf main featuring Japanese Wagyu X and Alaskan Scallops, and finishes with a delicate Hojicha Tiramisu. Enhance your celebration with an optional four-course wine pairing or our featured Valentine’s cocktail, crafted by our Beverage Manager Angela Allan.
