Join Minami Toronto for an elegant five-course tasting menu thoughtfully crafted by Head Chef Nao Akutagawa. This seasonal experience highlights refined Japanese flavours and elevated culinary technique.
Your evening begins with a delicate amuse-bouche of tuna tataki, ponzu jelly, and yuzu avocado purée, followed by a bright and elegant Salmon Crudo layered with house-made yukke sauce, goma-ae, shiso, and binchotan oil. The Sushi Course features seven chef-selected pieces, including Aburi Oshi Sushi, Aburi nigiri, and Minami’s signature roll.
For the Entrée, choose between Saikyo miso–baked sablefish paired with half a lobster tail, or a luxurious 3oz U.S. Wagyu preparation served with seasonal accompaniments. The experience concludes with a beautifully crafted dessert by MICHELIN-Starred Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi, featuring your choice of Black Sesame or Taro Root ice cream, complemented by spiced pear compote, cinnamon meringue, pomegranate, mochi, and kuromitsu.
The five-course tasting menu is priced at $110 per guest, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Guests may enhance their dining experience with an optional three-course wine pairing curated by Beverage Manager Angela Allan, available for $35 per guest, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
