Winterlicious at Minami Toronto runs from January 30 to February 12, featuring creative three-course menus crafted by Head Chef Nao Akutagawa and MICHELIN-starred Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi. Guests can enjoy a $41 lunch or a $55 dinner menu (plus tax and gratuity), with dishes from the sea and land such as Scallop Crudo, Pan-seared Salmon, and Citrus-glazed Ontario Chicken. Each course also offers elevated vegetarian and gluten-free options. An optional featured cocktail, the Passionfruit Gimlet, created by Beverage Manager Angela Allan, offers a bright and refreshing pairing to the menu.
The Lunch Menu begins with options such as Pan-Seared Atlantic Salmon, Yuzu Burrata Caprese, or Beef Sukiyaki. Main courses include a Garden Salad Roll, Kakuni Don with soy-braised pork belly, or a Chef’s Sushi Plate featuring six pieces of Aburi Oshi Sushi and nigiri. Desserts include Minami's signature Carrot Cake, Strawberry Ginger Panna Cotta, and Premium Matcha Ice Cream.
The Dinner Menu opens with a Chef’s Sushi Plate, Scallop Crudo with coconut Saikyo miso, or a Vegetarian Garden Selection. Entrée choices include Aburi citrus-glazed chicken, Saikyo miso baked salmon, and Portobello Mushroom Katsu. The dinner experience concludes with the same trio of refined desserts offered at lunch.
