Welcome the New Year at Minami Toronto with an elevated five-course tasting menu crafted by Head Chef Nao Akutagawa, priced at $150 per guest (plus taxes and gratuities). Enhance your evening with an optional four-course wine pairing curated by Beverage Manager Angela Allan for $45.

Your culinary journey begins with an elegant duo of Tamago Tofu and A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, followed by Beetroot-cured Atlantic Salmon and a refined Seven-piece Chef’s Sushi Selection. The main course features a luxurious Surf and Turf of Wagyu X steak and Kombu-poached Lobster. To finish, enjoy a Banana Cake with Jasmine Tea Ice Cream by MICHELIN-Star Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi.

Ring in 2025 with a vibrant celebration as DJ Jooof sets the mood from 7 PM until late. A condensed à la carte menu will also be available.

Looking for the perfect New Year’s Eve takeout to enjoy at home? Minami’s special NYE platters are crafted to bring an elevated, cozy celebration right to your table. Our NYE Hot Food Platter features Braised Wagyu with black garlic miso and mini potatoes, Saikyo Miso Sablefish with grilled shrimp, Chicken Cordon Bleu with peppercorn jus and tamago, and a comforting Chikuzenni of chicken, lotus root, carrot, and daikon. For sushi lovers, the NYE Sushi Platter includes Akami, Hamachi, Salmon, and Madai sashimi, a vibrant Sashimi Chirashi, a rich Braised Wagyu Chirashi, and Salmon and Hotate oshi.

Each platter serves 2–3 people and is perfect for sharing. Plus, when you order both platters together, you’ll enjoy $20 off your total. Platters must be pre-ordered by December 30th for pick-up on December 31st, available exclusively through Tock and in-store takeout.
