CHERRY BLOSSOM FEATURES
Introducing two limited-time features in celebration of the Cherry Blossom festival: the Sakura Roll and the Crispy Salmon Okaki-age. Our Sous-Chef Trong Dang created the roll and features miso shrimp, Madai cured in Sakura leaf, sockeye salmon, and Sakura tempura bits. The kitchen item feature deep-fried Atlantic salmon with Japanese rice cracker, pickled Valentine radish, asparagus, lime powder, Nanbanzu yuzu skin, and moromi miso in collaboration with MICHELIN Chef Ryusuke Nakagawa of Aburi Hana.
