Executive Chef Nao Akutagawa has curated two exceptional features exclusively for TIFF. From September 10-20, indulge in limited-time dishes including Wagyu X Tartare with black truffle, caviar, sour cream, yuzu, sesame, Japanese black vinegar, and crispy rice, alongside Aosa Lobster Tempura with yuzu Saikyo miso, wasabi, ume katsuo ponzu jelly, and charcoal oil.
