Experience our Sakura Features Menu, celebrating the arrival of spring with delicate, seasonal flavours. Available for lunch and dinner. Head Chef Nao Akutagawa and Bartender Emma present a refined trio of cherry blossom–inspired features.

Highlights include the Petal Drop Martini, a delicate blend of Roku Sakura Gin and Aburi ginjo sake with salt-cured sakura blossom; the Sakura Sous-vide Duck Carpaccio, finished with a fragrant sakura-infused sauce; and a curated Sakura Sushi Selection featuring Sakuradai Nigiri, Braised Wagyu Oshi Bite, Botan Ebi Oshi Bite, and Hotate Kobachi accented with sakura soy jelly and sakura salt.
