Welcome the New Year at Minami Toronto with an elevated five-course tasting menu crafted by Head Chef Nao Akutagawa, priced at $150 per guest (plus taxes and gratuities). Enhance your evening with an optional four-course wine pairing curated by Beverage Manager Angela Allan for $45.
Your culinary journey begins with an elegant duo of Tamago Tofu and A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, followed by Beetroot-cured Atlantic Salmon and a refined Seven-piece Chef’s Sushi Selection. The main course features a luxurious Surf and Turf of Wagyu X steak and Kombu-poached Lobster. To finish, enjoy a Banana Cake with Jasmine Tea Ice Cream by MICHELIN-Star Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi.
Ring in 2025 with a vibrant celebration as DJ Jooof sets the mood from 7 PM until late. A condensed à la carte menu will also be available.
